We at Antica Siena have thought of everything and have created a 100% safe and reliable shipment for distant customers. Below, we explain how we pack and prepare products for shipping.
Our shipping procedure
You have surfed our site, you have fallen in love with the plate with decoration of the floor of the Cathedral of Siena and the wonderful soap dish from the Siena 2020 collection , you have ordered them and now and you can’t wait to display them in your home. Now we’ll take care of it! Here’s how we secure our packages (shipped the next working day after all ordered products are available).
Packing and shipping
All our products are packed in resistant cartons, possibly equipped with wooden reinforcements. Once the order is received, we choose the box. Generally we choose it slightly larger than the product in order to fill the remaining empty space with the polyurethane foam . The latter is essential for avoid wobbling during during transportation. In addition to polyurethane foam, we also use the classics plastic bags with padding which are used to completely wrap objects and air cushions.
Safety label
As you well know, couriers they do not always handle packages delicately. Often, the boxes are thrown among the others and the risk of breaking in these cases is very high. We have also thought about this! In order to avoid unpleasant inconveniences, we apply some large labels with the word FRAGILE . Thanks to it, couriers know they must handle the box with care.
Right of Return and Refund
Delivery in Italy for the products is made within 2 working days from the time of shipment. Does your furnishing accessory not meet your expectations? Do not fear, you are entitled to a refund or exchange . The conditions for exchanges and returns vary by country, and are as follows:
- The return involves the payment of the shipping costs (both for receiving and sending)
- Goods purchased in Europe can be returned within 15 days from the delivery date
- Goods purchased in the rest of the world can be returned within 5 days from the delivery date
- Returns made after the deadline indicated can only be accepted at the discretion of AnticaSiena
- To carry out the return procedure it is necessary to send an e-mail to info@anticasiena.it to obtain the return authorization confirmation.
